Cancellation Policy

Valid:01 Nov - 20 Dec'08 & 11 Jan - 30 Apr'09 (High Season)
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged if booking is cancelled between 17-31 days prior to arrival
- 2 nights cancellation fee will be charged if booking is cancelled between 10 -16 days prior to arrival
- 50% of the full length of stay will be charged if booking is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival
- Full length of stay will be charged for no show and early check-out

Valid: 21 Dec'08 - 10 Jan'09 (Peak Season)
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged if booking is cancelled between 93-121 days prior to arrival
- 50% of the full length of stay will be charged if booking is cancelled less than 48 days prior to arrival
- Full length of stay will be charged if booking is cancelled less than 18 days prior to arrival
- Full length of stay will be charged for no show and early check-out
